They are offering an extensive benefits package for the permanent role including:

  • Salary: £60- £65K DOE
  • Bonus: Managers’ Bonus Plan – target 10%
  • Pension: Auto-enrolment after 2 months - employer contribution of 7% and match up to 2% of employee contribution (mandatory employee contribution 0.5% through salary sacrifice)

  • Company sick pay: 2 weeks’ full pay in first year of employment rising to 6 weeks between years 1 and 2, 10 weeks between years 2 and 5, 15 weeks between 5 and 10 years, 10 weeks between 10 and 20 years, 30 weeks over 20 years’ service.
